"I liked the flat from the moment I saw it (we offered a price the same day and proceeded thereafter) because of its lay out which starts with the hallway, which is circular and unites the flat very well, and the high ceilings that give every room space and a feeling of comfort and elegance. The views of Walpole Park, which were astonishing to me at first, I later discovered could retain their fascination. I never tired of looking at the view. In the summer, the views from the back offer you a glimpse of the Town Hall clock.
The flat is remarkably quiet despite it being in the centre of Ealing Broadway and close to honestly absolutely everything from the supermarket to a quiet corner of the park (whose entrance is exactly opposite). It almost felt like I was living in a hotel, so close was I to everything I wanted to do. I also liked that when I wanted a sun-drenched room I would sit in the front and when I wanted a cooler space to work in, in the summer, I would go to the back of the flat.
